PRICES
Rental goes from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend rentals accepted only during low season.
Rental is for 8 people, can go up to 10 with a supplement on a pro rata basis.
25% of the rental price to be paid as deposit when booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival
with a 400€ security deposit.

The rental includes: electricity, water, baby highchair, iron and ironing board, pingpong table, garden
salon, BBQ…
Optional:
- Cleaning of the house at the end of your stay : 45 €
Linen rentals available on request
- One bath sheet, one towel, one glove: 10€
- Two kitchen towels and two hand towels: 10€
Services :
A tourist tax is collected by the township of Rignac and is not included in the rental prices above : each person over 18 pays 0,50€/night
